Tóm tắt

Để ứng phó với sự thay đổi về nhu cầu thị trường, sự phát triển của công nghệ, xu hướng chuyển dịch năng lượng, dịch bệnh Covid-19…, các công ty dầu khí đang phải thay đổi chiến lược và xây dựng lại tổ chức theo hướng triệt để, đạt hiệu quả và tăng khả năng thích ứng. Bài báo giới thiệu phương pháp tiếp cận mới đang được các doanh nghiệp trên thế giới nghiên cứu áp dụng là xây dựng lại tổ chức bắt đầu từ điểm không (Zero-based organization, ZBO). Phương pháp này có thể tạo ra sự khác biệt thực sự về hoạt động và cách thức làm việc theo hướng đơn giản, tinh gọn, trọng tâm, linh hoạt và hiệu quả hơn, tăng khả năng cạnh tranh và phát triển bền vững.

Summary 

In order to respond to changes in oil and gas market demand, technological developments, energy transition, and the Covid-19 pandemic, oil and gas companies are radically changing their strategies and organisation models to increase efficiency and resilience. The paper introduces a new approach recently being applied by companies around the world which is to rebuild an organisation starting from zero (zero-based organisation, ZBO). This approach can make a real difference in business operation and how to work in a simpler and more streamlined, focused, flexible and efficient way, thus increasing companies’ competitiveness and sustainable development.
