Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Vietnam’s central province of Thanh Hoa has secured sufficient crude oil supply to maintain continuous operations through the end of May, said its executive.

According to the development strategy of Petrovietnam to 2015 and the orientation to 2025, by 2015 Petrovietnam will put into operation Dung Quat Refinery, Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Complex and a refinery in the south. Together with the refineries, Petrovietnam has operated Phu My Fertilizer Plant, DOP plant and a condensate processing plant. Petrovietnam is also carrying out petrochemical projects such Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant, the South Petrochemical Complex and Dinh Vu Polyester Plant.
